mostly basal (persistent; petioles prominently ciliate, hairs spreading, thick-based); blades oblanceolate-spatulate to oblanceolate, 30-60 × 3-6 mm, cauline usually abruptly reduced distally, margins entire, coarsely ciliate, faces hirsute to hirsuto-villous, densely minutely glandular.
