Natives: Glycyrrhiza lepidota, Sambucus cerulea, Betula occidentalis, Salix exigua. Non-native: Phragmites australis (invasive), Cirsium arvense, Elaeagnus angustifolia, and others.
Shriveled fruits, leaves turning yellow
Possibly planted but given association of plants, probably naturally occurring here.
