Locality:
U.S.A., California, Riverside, 3 km west of Nuevo and some 20 m. east of the San Jacinto River. The population is some 300 m. south of the end of 11th Street, just east of an existing dirt road.

Habitat:
Found in Alkaline sink scrub with large, open salt pans and signs of inudation. Wilows silty clay saline-akali soil.
Associated Species:
Associated with Suaeda torreyana, Salicornia subterminalis, Atriplex argentea, Sisymbrium irio, Atriplex coronata var. notatior, Salicornia subterminalis, Lasthenia californica, Frankenia grandifolia, Hemizonia fasciculata.
