Habitat: Wetland at the base of eastern slope. Edge of large (190 m. x 70 m.) wetland at the very base of steep rocky slope. Soil deep brown-black loam.
Associated Species: Deschampsia cespitosa, Potentilla sp. moss, and Potentilla fruticosa.
Description: Non-rhizomatous. Flowers reddish-brown. Seeds ~ 1mm. Per seg. ~ <5 mm. 0 bristle tipped leaf segments.
