In sandy wash area, near the road, along with Baccharis sarothroides and Epilobium canum.
Ca. 30- 65 cm tall , erect; leaves white floccose beneath, stem also densely white and glandular — sticky to touch and emmitting a very pleasant aroma when foliage bruised - somewhat like spicy , dried ginger.
