Habitat: In cracks and on small ledges in gully on face above Old Maid snowfield. Most collections from near top of face. Plants common on both face and ridge. Subalpine and alpine cliff face and ledge communities with shallow, mineral soils.
Description: Flowers yellow, glabrous. Inflor. a small, compound umbel. Plants from low mats with inflors. only a few inches above leaves. Leaves glabrous. Full bloom. Very common.
