Locality: United States, Texas, Kleberg, Ricardo; 4-5 miles north of the Farm-to-Market Road 628 and Farm-to-Market Road 772 intersection, growing on the side of the road in a shallow ditch.
Habitat: side of road in shallow ditch. Entire area under cultivation, and constantly disturbed. Dichanthium annulatum and Melilotus indicus were two of the dominant species.
Substrate: loamy-clay soils
Associated Species: Dichanthium annulatum, Melilotus indicus
Reproductive Condition: flowering
