Habitat: Rock, dry somewhat sparsely vegetated slope with most low growing plants, disturbed by dirt roads and other activity
Associated Species: Opuntia polyacantha complex relictual hybrids, Erigeron divergens, Amelanchier utahensis, Artemisia ludoviciana, Artemisia tridentata
Description: Low growing plants with shallowly lobed leaves, elongated and round, capitula 3-4 mm high and about 2 mm wide, pale yellow florets appearing somewhat reddish at the base
