Habitat: Rocks. On ridge coming down.
Description: Short (<10cm) plants from a thick taproot. Leaves entire, or with few irregular teeth below, oblanceolate, long-petiolate. Heads subtended by matted, multicellular hairs. Achenes 10-nerved throughout. Beak short, thick.
