Habitat: Large, north facing drainage. Dominated by conifers including Pinus ponderosa, Pinius monophylla, Abies concolor, and Juniperus osteosperma.
Substrate: Quartzite boulders and outcrops.
Associated Species: Acer glabrum, Holodiscus microphyllus, Fraxinus anomala, Artemisia tridentata subsp. vaseyana, Linanthus pungens
Description: Shrub to 80cm. Corolla white. Fruit immature, green basally becoming reddish brown apically.
Reproductive Condition: Flowering and fruiting
Notes: Uncommon.
