Field dominated by Artemisia tridentata with many wildflowers. With Penstemon secundiflorus, P. virgatus asa-grayi, Oreocarya thyrsiflora, Adenolinum lewisii, Packera fendleri, Castilleja integra, Erigeron flagellaris.

Flora of the Buffalo Peaks Wilderness Area and Vicinity. 7.5' Jones Hill Quad. Flowers white turning pink. Great Plains distribution.
