Locality: United States, Texas, JEFF DAVIS, Flora of the CDRI landsite. In an area just south of the quarry, between there and the stock tank in a "bowl" formed by surrounding rocky slopes. Elev. ca. 4800 ft.
Habitat: Tall, robust herb, almost shrubby in appearance with panicles of white to pink flowers. Associated with Quercus emoryi, Mimosa biuncifera, and Baccharis sp.
Reproductive Condition: flowering + fruiting=mid
