Habitat: Margin of wide arroyo.
Associated Species: Vachellia campechiana, Mimosa aculeaticarpa var. biuncifera, Argemone gracilenta, Heliotropium procumbens, Melinis repens, Eryngium nasturtiifolium, Nuttallanthus texanus.
Description: Annual forb, 35 cm, locally common; flowers yellow.
Notes: Duplicates to ARIZ, USON.
