Habitat: Flat plateau, dry, open, exposed with only occasional junipers and scattered clumps of Harriman's yucca
Substrate: Red sandy loose to hardened soils
Associated Species: Abronia cf. nana var. nana, Sphaeralcea parvifolia
Description: Flowers tiny, sessile, white (drying cream); herbage densely hirsute with both long and short hairs, hairs pustulose (the size of the pustule varying based on hair length)
Reproductive Condition: Flowering
Notes: Early anthesis, plants numerous
