Habitat: Rocky, gravelly, S-facing slope with limestone outcrops.
Associated Species: Fouquieria splendens, Parkinsonia florida, Prosopis velutina, Dasylirion wheeleri, Calliandra eriophylla, Bahia absinthifolia, Baileya multiradiata, Aloysia wrightii, Dalea pogonathera, Dalea nana, Dalea neomexicana, Thymophylla pentachaeta var. belenidium, Heteropogon contortus, Tridens muticus, Panicum hallii, Eragrostis lehmanniana, Eragrostis echinochloidea.
Description: Sprawling/trailing shrub, locally common; flowers yellow with orange-pink base to tepals. Flowers collected.
