Habitat: Rocky slope adjacent to cement-dammed cattle pond; mesquite grassland.
Associated Species: Prosopis velutina, Agave schottii, Muhlenbergia rigens, Xanthium strumarium, Mimosa aculeaticarpa var. biuncifera, Ericameria laricifolia, Cynodon dactylon, Echinochloa, Mecardonia procumbens, Paspalum distichum, Bouteloua curtipendula, Celtis reticulata, Cottea pappophoroides, Isocoma tenuisecta, Gossypium thurberi, Boerhavia coccinea.
Description: Small tree, 5 m; fruiting.
