Elevation: 3303 meters (10834ft)
Habitat: Subalpine meadow/slopes on 25 deg E-facing slope.
Substrate: Subalpine meadow duff; shallow soil mostly help by vegetation roots. 90% vegetation cover with a little bare soil and scattered porphyrtic andesite (igneous) and mudstone rocks/gravel.
Associated Species: Willows, Ribes, Lonicera involucrata, spruce, aspen, grasses, sedges, Thalictrum alpinum, yarrow, Fragaria, Dendelion, Agoseris, Potentilla argentea, Potentilla sp., yellow Castilleja, Epilobium.
Description: Deep, bright green above and more-or-less glaucous below.
